  • 24 pepperoni slices (halved)

Instructions

  2. Grease a 13×9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Chop washed zucchini into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add pizza sauce to the zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and layer half of the halved pepperoni on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until zucchini is tender.
