  • Teriyaki sauce (made from soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in salted water according to package instructions. Keep warm.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and season with salt. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and corn; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch slurry.
  5. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Cook until thickened slightly.
