Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and combine until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In another bowl, combine strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice.
  4. Roll out two-thirds of the dough into a rectangle; transfer to the baking sheet.
  5. Spread the strawberry filling over the dough. Roll out remaining dough for the top; seal edges.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool before glazing.
