Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté bell peppers and garlic until softened.
  4. Stir in Cajun seasoning and pour in heavy cream; simmer while stirring in Parmesan until creamy.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and protein into the sauce; add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
