  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (10 oz), crushed
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Spices: garlic powder, chili powder, cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, soups, corn, black beans, and spices; mix well.
  4. In the baking dish, layer half the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, remaining chips, and top with cheese.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
