  • 135g granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 65g neutral oil
  • 30g dairy-free milk
  • Vegan strawberry frosting
  • 110g strawberry or raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare two 15 cm (6 inch) round cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. Blend strawberries into a puree and set aside.
