  • 2 sheets puff pastry (17.3 oz total), thawed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1½ cups shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • ⅓ cup whole milk
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, combine diced chicken ham, shredded Gruyère cheese, chopped spinach, and sliced green onion.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, and nutmeg.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut into 12 equal squares.
  5. Lightly grease a muffin tin and press each pastry square into the wells to form cups.
  6. Fill each cup with about 1 tablespoon of the chicken ham mixture and pour the egg mixture until two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 17–20 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
