  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 1/4 cups of grated cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture on top of the cheddar and cover with remaining cheese.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and shape into a ball using rubber bands for a pumpkin effect.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Decorate with a bell pepper stem and serve with crackers or veggies.
