  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan-peppercorn dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a greased baking sheet into a rectangle. Sprinkle half the mozzarella on the dough, add beef mixture, then top with remaining cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log shape; seal edges well and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Cut slits in top for steam release.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown; let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
