  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup each shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup ketchup
