  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and flour until combined; fold in pecans and caramel sauce.
  4. Pour filling over crust; bake for 60-70 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce and garnish with whole pecan halves.
