  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

  • ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches (peeled & sliced)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined. Pour over the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over the cheesecake layer and dot with cold butter pieces.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown on top. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
