  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat; add sliced turkey sausage and cook until lightly browned (4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.

  3. Add elbow macaroni, chicken broth, milk, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until pasta is tender.
