  • 6 tablespoons vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for brushing)

  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4×6 inch rectangles.
  3. Place a tablespoon of vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle and layer with banana slices.
  4. Fold over the other half of the rectangle, sealing edges firmly and crimping with a fork.

  6. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
