  • 1 (7 ounce) jar vegan marshmallows creme
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Devil's Food cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Use a medium scoop to drop dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  4. For the frosting, beat room temperature butter until creamy; add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in vegan marshmallows creme until smooth.
  5. Prepare ganache by microwaving heavy cream over chocolate chips for 45 seconds; let rest before whisking until smooth.
  6. Frost each cooled cookie generously with vegan marshmallows frosting and chill for about 10 minutes.
  7. Spoon cooled ganache over each cookie and pipe reserved frosting on top in squiggle patterns.
