  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice: In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, add 1 cup of brown rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
