  • 2 large potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 tbsp cornflour (adjust as needed)
  • Cooking oil spray
  • 100 g butter (for garlic butter)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the peeled and cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain thoroughly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the drained potatoes and mix in garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, salt, pepper, and cornflour until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls and place them in an air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  4. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. For the garlic butter, melt butter with garlic granules and chopped parsley in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Once cooked, toss the potato pops in melted garlic butter and serve immediately.
