  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced into coins
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
