  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can (10 ounce) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 bag (9.25 ounce) Fritos corn chips
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Chopped green onion for garnish
