Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Add black pepper and garlic powder; mix well.
  2. Gently fold in drained green beans until they are well coated with the creamy mixture.
  3. Grease the slow cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in the green bean mixture and stir in half of the crispy fried onions.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, top with the remaining crispy fried onions.
