  • ⅓ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whole strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix brown butter, sugar, lemon zest, egg, flour, and baking powder until a dough forms. Press into a cheesecake pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine cornstarch and heavy cream to make a slurry.
  4. In another bowl, mix strawberry Greek yogurt and condensed milk.
  5. Using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese with eggs and sugar until fluffy, then fold in the yogurt mixture and cornstarch slurry.
