  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper until soft (3–4 minutes). Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (2–3 minutes). Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cottage cheese. Stir in Italian seasoning along with additional salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese until well combined.
  5. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and pour in the mixture evenly.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown on top and set in the center.
  7. Allow cooling for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
