  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 16 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Montreal Steak Grill Mates Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • Canola oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced steak with Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Montreal seasoning, and black pepper. Place in a resealable bag to marinate.
  2. Heat canola oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat; spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place one tortilla on it.
  5. Layer half of the tortilla with provolone cheese, cooked steak, sautéed veggies, and then fold the tortilla in half once the cheese starts to melt.
  6. Cook until golden brown on both sides; cut into wedges and serve immediately.
