  1. Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F).

  4. Add eggs, melted butter, and milk; mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the frozen blueberries carefully to avoid mashing.
  6. Line a muffin tin and fill each cup about three-quarters full with batter.
  7. Top each muffin with blueberry jam and swirl using a toothpick.
  8. Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 13 minutes, then lower to 170°C (340°F) and bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown.
